There are Universal laws that have been woven into Gaia's new earth systems. These Universal laws are the foundation of the Universe and they are applied throughout the entire Universe.
Humanity is learning the soul lessons every day now, particularly the soul lessons involved with the law of cause and effect. The law of cause and effect is a universal law which specifically states that every single action (word spoken, deed and thought) in the universe produces a reaction no matter what.
The Law of cause and effect is also called the law of karma. This law has been affecting humans for eons of time. Because humans have not treated it as a spiritual law, this guiding principle has been badly neglected in human's lives. And the result of that is suffering of all kinds. Humanity now desperately needs to learn this law and practice this law so that humanity can find a way out of suffering. The Law of cause and effect is being practiced in some traditions. To some souls, it is a daily reminder. For others, it is one of the guiding principles for living on earth. The daily practice of the law of karma is definitely needed while living on new earth. And all souls are required to act according to spiritual laws on the new earth. Living a life according to spiritual laws is a new concept for a lot of souls on earth. Majority of the population knows the laws of land but not spiritual laws. And there are consequences of that. That is why Gaia has designed the new earth based on spiritual laws. And all souls are required to follow the spiritual laws on new earth. Laws of the Divine, souls know them. Now is the time for humanity to practice and follow consciously and in every day life.
