Dear family of love and light, tomorrow at 10AM EST, in our Kundalini Yoga session, together, we will rearrange the third chakra of the planet earth and continue the remapping process.
Kartar will lead a kriya called Nabhi kriya which will reset the naval point and solar plexus. Together, we will reset the third chakra of the planet earth and humanity's as well. Third chakra is where our lower self is. It is our power house and it is also where our subconscious resides. It has so much of the benefits to heal and balance our third chakra. Nabhi kriya will refresh our nerves and strengthen our sense of self and confidence. It balances our naval and reestablishes our connection with our inner self and intuition. If you are a little wobbly right now, this class will be perfect for you. After the kriya, I will lead a meditation called I AM meditation. We will connect our finite self to our infinite self and embody our own I AM PRESENCE even more so that we can truly walk as Gods and Goddesses. During the session, our Mother Divine and ancient Goddesses will facilitate the activations and initiations. The Divine says that there are some light warriors who have been given their new Divine mission lately. If you are one of these warriors, coming to this session and having the activations will help you to kick start your next mission.
