Dear family of love and light, the Divine plan is working out very well right now. The Divine says that even though the outer appearances seem to be otherwise, however, the appearance is just the reflection of the falling of the old energies and what the old energies represent. What is happening is the dying of the old and the emerging of the new.
The ascension journey has been challenging for many of the light workers and humanity. Partially it is because the physical ascension itself is very challenging. Plus the current atmosphere is not supportive to the ascension in general. Generally speaking, our light workers have been the underdog of the societies and the lives of our light workers have been tough and challenging. Almost from the moment when we arrived on the planet, the atmosphere of the societies were hostile to the light and not to mention that life on earth has been full of ups and downs. The Divine says that is the main reason why a lot of light workers did not make it to their full potential. And lives have been too challenging for many to live the life they designed prebirth. Some have severe setbacks and the result of the setback was to leave the planet prematurely. That is the tragedy among our light workers. However, light workers, now, have made huge advancements and most have ascended to the 5th dimension. For that, the Divine and Gaia are very grateful and feel deeply relieved. What comes next will be much easier for light workers in general. The Divine won't see any big setbacks for the majority of the light workers. For the light workers, the toughest part has passed. What is ahead will be much more pleasant, yes, challenging, but in a different way. Light workers sense that and feel the relief. The Divine and the company of heaven, have been giving light workers dispensations and trying to help light workers in every way possible. Especially the ones who have critical missions, Mother Father God has been carrying them through ups and downs and making sure these ones ascend sound and safe so that after they arrive on new earth, they can carry out their critical mission and serve the Divine and Gaia. The Divine says that there are also some light workers who have ascended, and now are adjusting to the new earth environment. Mother Father God asks these ascended ones to start conducting their mission. And know that you are needed. The planet earth has so much work waiting for you and now is time to start. Also, the Divine says that a big number of the light workers are struggling right now. The Divine says one reason that light workers and humanity are struggling is because the physical body is having a hard time. Physical ascension needs a great deal of physical involvement. Not only digest the incoming energies and keys and codes, but also releasing the old patterns and energies. Physical body has a need to release the old and make room for the new. And in order for the body to release smoothly and in a manageable manner, some forms of energetic exercises and practices are needed. It can be Yoga, Taiji, Qigong, or Earth related hiking, gardening. Different people have different preferences. And it is all designed prebirth. The key is to find your unique spiritual practice so that your body can release peacefully and consistently. Kundalini Yoga is a form of practice for time like now. It is a technology and tool for rebirthing and enlightenment. It helps us to connect with the Divine within and advance in a manner that is suitable for ourselves and our physical body. It is powerful and extremely effective. It speaks the language of energies and chakras and energy centers. And it connects us with Mother Goddess instantly and directly.
