Dear warriors of love and light, the Divine says that lately, the planet has been bombarded with intense energies. Humanity, too, is being showered with the Divine love and light. Mother God's energy is spreading and penetrating all over the planet at lightning speed. Souls on earth are all being called to wake up.
The effect of absorbing and digesting this intense energy is prominent. In other words, every soul is feeling the intensity and the healing energy. And the healing goes to the core of all souls on earth and the planet herself. Considering the intense process that our light workers are facing and dealing with, Mother Goddess has asked Kartar and I to have a healing session this Saturday in our Kundalini Yoga class so that the planet and humanity will have a chance to release what is needed to release and heal what is coming up for healing. As designed, Kartar will lead a kriya to heal anger and anxiety and fear -- these are elements that are influencing the human psyche the most right now.
