Dear family of love and light, as you know, the planet earth and all sentient beings on the planet are experiencing an intense rebirthing process right now. All beings have been called either to go through the rebirthing and ascension process, or leave the planet and explore in other 3rd dimensional systems because the planet earth no longer accepts 3rd dimensional energies. Mother Earth has ascended, now all sentient beings, whose soul contracts are to ascend to the 5th dimension, are called to ascend to the new earth. Time for the mass ascension has come to an important crossroad. It puts the physical ascension as a primary goal for all lives on earth. And souls have heard the call and are ascending, consciously or not. And that is why you see humanity is going through so many changes and upheavals.
Physical Ascension is the most challenging ascension process there is. It requires souls to ascend with their physical body, which means souls need to clear their body at all levels, physical, mental, emotional and energetic. Physical body is only part of the human existence. In order for a human being to be healthy and vibrant, all levels of the body need to be in top shape. Once all levels of a body are cleared and healthy, the physical ascension can happen. That is to say, physical ascension requires a lot of work not only at physical level, but also at energetic level, and energetic clearing can be achieved through energy practices like Yoga, healing works, etc. Mother Divine says that the Kundalini of the planet and humanity have been activated, and it is time for humanity to do the ascension work. As you know, once the kundalini is activated, souls will be awakened and that requires maintenance of the process so that the kundalini energy can move smoothly, and the rebirthing process can be smooth and successful.
