Dear family of love and light, as you have been feeling, the incoming energies are very intense. We, the light warriors, the planet and humanity are all going through an intense rebirthing process right now. And the process is going to get more intense.
Yes, it is true that we all are at different stages of the development, with different ascension experiences. Some have more extreme experiences than others. However, all humans on the planet now are having some level of ascension experiences. So having a way, or finding a way, to manage the intense energetic ascension experiences is very much in need. For that, the Divine has invited my Kundalini Yoga teacher Kartar Khalsa to join me teaching Kundalini Yoga classes through zoom. The goal is to help the ones who are in need of managing their rebirthing and kundalini awakening process. The plan is for each of us to offer one class a week and we alternate the classes. Kundalini Yoga may be new to some. And even for some who have experienced Yoga before, the Kundalini Yoga experience will be very different. So for the first two classes, Kartar and I will teach together so that the energies will be totally balanced. After the first two classes, we will take turns to teach. I consider Kartar Khalsa as my personal Guru. He has more than three decades of the teaching experience. Every time I go to his class, I feel that I resurrected and ascended a bit more. He is an amazing teacher indeed. I invite you to try out his classes and feel just how calming his presence is, and how that will help you in these times of intense energies.
